基于微信平台的延续护理干预对神经梅毒患者负性情绪生活质量和护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于微信平台的延续护理干预对神经梅毒患者负性情绪、生活质量和护理满意度的影响.方法 选取我院2014年12月—2017年5月收治的86例神经梅毒患者作为研究对象,其中2014年12月—2016年2月43例患者为对照组,2016年3月—2017年5月43例患者为研究组.比较、分析两组患者干预前后SAS、SDS评分、生活质量改善情况、护理满意度等.结果 两组患者经相应方案干预后,焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均较干预前下降（P〈0.05）,且研究组SAS、SDS评分均较对照组下降明显（P〈0.05）.两组患者经各自护理方案干预后,生活质量各维度方面评分均较干预前改善（P〈0.05）,且研究组患者生活质量各维度方面评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）.两组患者经各自方案护理后,研究组的护理满意度（93.02%）高于对照组（76.74%）（P〈0.05）.结论 在神经梅毒患者中应用微信平台的延续护理干预,可有效改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度.Objective To investigate the effect of extended nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on negative emotion, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with neurosyphilis. Methods 86 cases with neurosyphilis in our hospital from Dec. 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the study objects. Among them were 43 patients from Dec. 2014 and Feb. 2016 in the control group, while 43 patients from Mar. 2016 to May 2017, in the study group. The SAS and SDS scores, improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were reduced after the intervention of corresponding plan, compared with those prior to the intervention （P〈0.05）, and the SAS and SDS scores of the study group decreased more significantly than the control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of quality of life dimensions of the two groups were improved upon the interventions of their respective nursing plans （P〈0.05）, and the scores of quality of life dimensions of the study group were even higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group （93.02%） was higher than the control group （76.74%） upon the interventions of their respective nursing plans （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The extended nursing intervention based on WeChat platform in patients with neurosyphilis can effectively improve their negative emotions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
