伤椎置钉单节段的内固定植骨法治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折128例临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探究伤椎置钉单节段内固定植骨法治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折临床效果.方法：选我院胸腰段脊柱骨折128例患者为对象,随机分2组,对照组和观察组,对照组采用椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定系统治疗;观察组采用通用型脊柱内固定系统治疗.观察2组疗效.结果：2组均未发生伤口感染、内固定松动情况.观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间明显优于对照组,P〈0.05;治疗后,对照组和观察组的Cobb角和椎体前后缘高度组间比较差异不明显,P〉0.05.结论：临床对胸腰段脊柱骨折患者的治疗过程中,2种方法疗效大体相同,但椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定系统可缩短手术时间,减少出血量.Objective： To explore the vertebral pedicle screw fixation within single segment grafting treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture clinical effect. Methods： Our hospital 128 cases of thoracolumbar fracture patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, A group and B group, A group were treated with pediclc screw fixation system in spine; group B with general spinal fixation system for the treatment. Observe the curative effect of two groups. Results： The two groups were no wound infection, internal fixation loosening, the amount of bleeding in group B patients, the operation time was better than A group, P 〈 0.05 ; after treatment, A group and B group before and after the Cobb angle and vertebral height margin the difference between groups was not obvious. P 〉 0.05. Conchtsion ： Clinical treatment for thoracolumbar fracture patients, curative effect of two kinds of methods are roughly the same, but the pedi- cle screw fixation system can shorten operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding.
