摘  要:目的:探讨应用VSD髓内引流结合载药磷酸钙植入治疗股骨慢性骨髓炎的疗效分析.方法:回顾性分析自2012年6月~2016年7月入住我科的股骨慢性骨髓炎患者15例;采用扩创病灶清除、骨皮质开槽加VSD髓内引流7~10天,拆除VSD后再行载抗生素磷酸钙植入加创面修复术.术后对患者引流管拔除平均时间、创面愈合平均时间、平均住院时间、平均骨愈合时间和骨髓炎复发率做记录.结果:该组病例随访8~24个月,引流管拔除时间10.21±1.40天,创面愈合时间及住院时间分别为18.05±2.74天和22.65±2.80天,骨愈合时间30.45±3.78天,无1例复发.结论:病灶清除骨皮质开槽加VSD髓内引流后再行载抗生素磷酸钙植入加创面修复治疗股骨慢性骨髓炎临床疗效满意,值得临床推广.Objective: To disscuss the effect of VSD intramedullary drainage combined with drug - loaded calcium phosphate in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis of femur. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 15 cases of chronic femoral osteomyelitis admitted to our department from June 2012 to July 2016. The patients were treated with debridement of fenestration, corticotomy plus VSD intramedullary drainage for 7 - 10 days, removal of VSD Calcium phosphate cement implantation and wound repair. The average duration of wound heal- ing, mean hospitalization time, average bone healing time and recurrence rate of osteomyelitis were recorded. Results:The follow - up time was (8. 24 ± 24) months, the drainage time of drainage tube was ( 10.21 ± 1.40) d, the wound healing time and hospitalization time were ( 18.05± 2.74) d and (22.65 ± 2.80) d, bone healing time (30.45 ±3.78), no recurrence. Conclusion: The removal of cortical bone lesions plus VSD intramedullary drainage and then loaded with antibiotics calcium phosphate implantation and wound re- pair of femoral osteomyelitis treatment of clinical efficacy is satisfactory, worthy of clinical promotion.
