摘  要:以某炼钢厂连铸车间炉前350 t铸造起重机为研究对象,针对吊车主梁端部出现裂纹的问题,结合现场压力测试及有限元仿真对问题进行分析并提出加固方案。通过应力实测对有限元计算结果进行验证,验证有限元模型正确后对主梁端部最危险的工况进行静应力分析,有限元计算结果表明,最大应力出现在主梁端部。结合实际观察情况,以有限元计算结果为依据,认为主梁端部弯板弧度较小、端梁下盖板与主梁端部弯板对接焊缝在该处交叉,使得该处应力集中较大,从而导致起重机主梁端部产生裂纹。最后结合实际问题提出加固方案,并通过有限元计算结果可知加固效果十分显著。The problem of crack in the end of the crane girder is analyzed by using the 350 t casting crane in a steel plant.The finite element model is verified by the results of stress measurement. The finite element model is correct and the most dangerous condition of the main beam is analyzed. The results show that the maximum stress appears at the end of the main beam. According to the actual observation,the results of the finite element calculation,that the end of the main beam of the lower end of the curved plate,the end of the beam and the main beam end bending plate butt weld in the intersection,the stress concentration of the site,resulting in a crack in the main girder of crane. Finally,the reinforcement scheme is put forward,and the results show that the reinforcement effect is very significant.
