摘  要:随着售电侧的改革,提供新能源发电服务的第三方供应商成为新的独立利益主体。针对独立利益主体以虚拟微网的形式接入主动配电网后的调度问题,基于虚拟微网的概念,提出了虚拟微网在不同时间尺度下的优化调度模型及其优化算法。优化调度模型包括日前调度和实时调度模型,日前调度以虚拟微网利益最大化为优化目标,实时调度则以虚拟微网安全稳定运行为控制目标。最后,基于改进的IEEE 33节点网络结构以及负荷预测和分布式电源出力预测,利用微分进化—细胞膜混合算法求解虚拟微网优化调度模型,算例结果表明通过优化调度,减少了虚拟微网网损,显著提高了虚拟微网的收益和新能源利用率。With the reform of power-sold side,third parties which provide service of new energy power generation has become new independent stake-holder. Based on the concept of virtual microgrid,the scheduling problem of new independent stake-holders which access in the active distribution network in the form of virtual microgrid is focused,and then multi-time scale optimization scheduling model for virtual microgrid is constructed with its solving algorithm. Day-ahead scheduling model and real-time scheduling model is included in optimization scheduling. Day-ahead scheduling model aims at maximizing the interest of virtual microgrid,while real-time scheduling model takes safe and stable operation of virtual microgrid as the optimization goal. Finally,based on the load and distribution generation output forecasts,as well as the transformed IEEE 33-bus network,this paper utilizes the differential evolutioncell membrane hybrid algorithm to solve multi-time scale scheduling model,and the case studies show that: through optimization scheduling,it can not only decease the net losses of virtual microgrid,but also promote the benefits of visual microgrid and the utilization of renewable energy.
