摘　　要：百度直达号是一项颠覆传统移动服务模式的新概念,为高校图书馆移动服务创新提供了一条新思路。文章论述了高校图书馆开通百度直达号的必要性,调查了目前的开通现状并对华东师范大学图书馆和安徽农业大学图书馆的运营情况作了实例分析。将百度直达号与高校图书馆以往的移动服务模式作出对比,得出在高校图书馆运营百度直达号的启示与对策,即提升用户体验、争取展现渠道,完善功能架构、拓展服务类型,整合数字资源、实现移动阅读,培养使用习惯、增加用户黏性。Baidu Connect is a new concept to subvert the traditional mobile service model. It provides a new idea for the innovation of the mobile service in the university library. This paper discusses the necessity of opening the Baidu Connect in the university library, and surveys the current status of the operation in East China Normal University Library and Anhui Agricultural University Library. It compares Baidu Connect with the previous mobile service mode of university library, and proposes solutions to problems in operations, such as enhancing the user experience, striving for more show channels, improving the functional architecture, expanding the service type, integrating digital resources, realizing mobile reading, and nurturing using habits to increase user stickiness.
