摘　　要：本文根据信息构建理论研究了图书馆问答社区的构建问题,构建了适合用户需求的知识服务平台,为图书馆提供了网络环境下新的在线服务方式。首先,从Alexa全球排名前500位的网站中筛选出优秀问答社区网站,对比研究了国内外问答社区的功能特点。通过对常用的优秀问答社区软件及特征的调研分析,结合图书馆参考咨询需求,探讨了图书馆互动问答社区的功能。最后,对图书馆问答社区的构建方法进行了研究与分析,成功构建了南京航空航天图书馆问答社区的网站雏形,对图书馆快速构建问答社区具有指导意义。This paper discusses the construction of Question ＆ Answer （QA） community in university library based on the information architecture theory, which uses a knowledge-serving platform in network environment to provide online services. Starting with the analysis of the popular QA communities listed at the top 500 sites by Alexa, the functional features of the QA communities are presented, including the construction pattern and the website software. The demands for the online reference services in the library are analyzed. As an example, the QA community website is developed for Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
