摘　　要：人类对现代性追求与生态风险相伴。现代性进程中,科技理性的过分张扬、个体化的不断加快和资本的无限扩张导致大量生态风险产生。目前,生态风险分配中主要存在风险分配主体不健全、制度不完善、程序不科学和结果不公正等问题,其对现代化建设产生巨大影响。为此,必须树立分配正义理念,搭建全球生态风险治理平台,坚持走绿色发展之路,健全生态风险化解补偿机制,力求最大限度规避和弱化现代化进程中的生态风险。Mankind＇s pursuit of modernity is accompanied by ecological risks. In the process of modernity ,the excessive publicity of scientific and technological rationality, the constant acceleration of individualization and the unlimited expansion of capital have resulted in a large number of ecological risks. At present, there are major problems in the distribution of ecological risk, such as imperfect risk distribution, imperfect system, unscientific procedure and unfair result, which have great influence on modernization construction. So we must set up the concept of distributive justice, build a global ecological risk management platform, adhere to the path of green development, improve the ecological risk compensation mechanism, make every effort to maximize and weaken the ecological risk in the process of modernization.
