摘  要:以籼稻恢复系R128和籼稻不育系龙特浦A为材料,研究不同高度的防虫网隔离对水稻(Oryza sativa L.)花粉飘移的影响。结果表明,2.0、2.5、3.0 m高防虫网隔离均能影响花粉漂移的频率,各处理同方向各处间的漂移频率随着距离的增大越来越小,差异越来越不明显;花粉漂移频率与风向和风速大小密切相关,即下风口的漂移频率高于上风口的漂移频率,防虫网隔离后漂移频率减少幅度较大;生产杂交种可以使用2.5 m和3.0 m高防虫网作为隔离屏障,不育系扩繁种子使用3.0 m高防虫网作为隔离屏障才符合种子的纯度要求。A restorer line rice R128 and a male sterile rice Longtefu A were used as material, the effects of fly net separating with different heights on pollen flow of rice(Oryza sativa L.) were studied. The results showed that fly net with height of2.0 meters,2.5 meters or 3.0 meters could affect the frequency of pollen flow,the frequency of pollen flow in the same direction of experimental treatments became smaller with the increase of distance,and the significance of difference was not more and more obvious. The frequency of pollen flow was closely related to wind direction and wind speed,namely,the frequency of pollen flow in down-wind direction was higher than in up-wind direction,and the frequency decreased after using fly net separating. Production of hybrid seeds could use fly net with height of 2.5 meters or 3.0 meters as isolation barriers, seed propagation of sterile line should use fly net with height of 3.0 meters as isolation barrier in order to conform to the seed purity.
