摘 要:为研究NaCl胁迫对不同小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种萌发与幼苗生长的影响,以周麦18、百农207、华育198、矮抗58和百农69为材料,对不同浓度NaCl溶液胁迫下小麦发芽势、发芽率、根长和苗高等耐盐指标进行分析。结果表明,随着NaCl溶液浓度的升高,小麦的发芽势、发芽率、根长和苗高的相对值均明显下降,不同品种间及浓度间均有明显变化;综合5个试验品种的表现可知,百农207和周麦18在苗期表现出较强的耐盐能力,矮抗58、百农69和华育198的耐盐能力依次降低。To study the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of different wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)varieties,Zhoumai 18,Bainong 207,Huayu 198,Aikang 58 and Bainong 69 were used as the experimental materials to analyze the differences of four trait indicators under different concentrations of NaCl solution. The results showed that with the concentration of NaCl salt solution increased,the relative values of wheat germination potential,germination rate,root length and seedling height were significantly decreased,there was a significant difference between cultivars and concentrations. The study also indicated that the tested varieties of Bainong 207 and Zhoumai 18 exhibit stronger salt tolerance during the germination stage,the salt tolerance of Aikang 58,Bainong 69 and Huayu 198 were gradually decreased.
