摘 要:为了探究LED不同光质和光强处理对藜蒿(Artemisia selengensis)生长和品质的影响,试验设置了红光、蓝光、红光∶蓝光=8∶1、红光∶蓝光=4∶1、红光∶蓝光∶绿光=4∶1∶1和红光∶蓝光∶紫外光=20∶5∶1 6种光质,60、100、140μmol/(m^2·s)3种光强对藜蒿进行人工光源的水培研究。结果表明,与其他光质相比,蓝光照射处理下藜蒿2个茎的高度、粗度和单株新增部分地上鲜重和地上干重均为最高,且培养25 d时茎高显著高于其他光照处理。蓝光处理下,藜蒿茎中可溶性蛋白质含量显著高于其他处理,红∶蓝=4∶1处理下,藜蒿茎中可溶性糖含量最高,红光∶蓝光∶紫外光=20∶5∶1处理下,藜蒿茎中维生素C含量最高。3种光强下藜蒿在茎高、茎粗、单株新增部分地上鲜重和地上干重指标上均无显著差异。综上所述,蓝光照射有利于藜蒿生长,可改善部分营养品质,试验光强对藜蒿生长无显著影响。To explore the effects of light emitting diode(LED) with different qualities and intensities on the processing of growth and quality of Artemisia selengensis,six LED light qualities including red(R),blue(B),8R/1B,4R/1B,4R/1B/1Green(G)and 20R/5B/1UV-B, and three LED light intensities including 60, 100, 140 μmol/(m2·s) in hydroponic were set up. Results showed that, under blue light treatment, the stem height, stem diameter of two stems and fresh ground weight and dry ground weight per plant attained the max, and significantly increased in the stem height in 25 days; there was significant increase in soluble protein content in stem than other light quality treatments. The soluble sugar content was the peak value under 4R/1B light quality treatment and the vitamin C content was the peak value under 20R/5B/1UV-B in stem. There was no significant difference from the three light intensities in the height, diameterof the two stems, fresh ground weight and dry ground weight per plant. In conclusion, the light quality of blue was conducive to the growth and improved some of the nutrition quality of A. selengensis, and there no significant difference among the three light intensities.
