摘　　要：20世纪末,各国货币政策当局的政策风格悄然发生了转变。各国央行一改"沉默寡言"的做法,转而主动与公众沟通,变得非常"能言善辩"。放眼全球,提升货币政策透明度逐渐成为一种趋势。围绕着货币政策透明度问题,本文主要做了以下方面的工作:一是介绍了货币政策透明度发展的现状;二是分析了货币政策风格转换的基础和影响因素;三是以中国为例研究了货币政策透明度建设中存在的问题;四是对如何进行中国货币政策透明度建设提出了政策建议。本文的研究丰富了货币政策透明度理论,加深了社会各界对货币政策透明度问题的认识。At the end of 20th century, the monetary policy authorities have changed their policy style quietly. The central bank changed the ＂taciturn＂ approach, turn to take the initiative to communicate with the public, and become very eloquent. Look around the world, improving the transparency of monetary policy is now becoming an international trend. Around the monetary policy transparency policy issues, this paper makes the work of some following aspects mainly. First of all, the article introduces the development of monetary policy transparency; secondly, this thesis analyzes the foundation and influence factor of monetary policy style transformation; thirdly This paper studies the problems that exist in the monetary policy transparency Construction taking our country as the example; fourthly, we put forward policy recommendations on how to Improve China＇s monetary policy transparency, the research enriches existing researches on monetary policy transparency theory, and deepens social circles cognition about the problems of monetary policy transparency.
