摘  要:以改善股线强伸性能为目的,进行两个系列JC 7.3 tex×2集聚纺纱线股线捻系数与强伸性能的试验。测试了股线的线密度、强伸性能及扭结捻回数,总结了测试结果规律。找到了JC 7.3 tex×2集聚纺纱线的断裂强度临界捻系数,并分析了其带来的实际线密度增加、扭结增多及成本增加的原因与解决办法。认为:提高股线捻系数可以改善其强伸性能,但需同时考虑高捻系数带来的扭结增多及线密度变大的问题。Twist factor and strength & elongation of two series of JC 7.3 tex×2 condensed spinning ply yarn were tested with the intent to improve strength & elongation of ply yarn. Linear density,strength & elongation and entanglement twist number were tested, Law of test result was summarized. Breaking tenacity critical twist factor of JC 7.3 rex × 2 condensed spinning yarn was found. Reason and solution such as real linear density in- crease,entanglement increase and cost increase were analyzed. It is considered that raising ply yarn twist factor can improve strength & elongation of ply yarn,but the problem with higher twist factor should be considered like entanglement increase and linear density increase.
