摘 要:为了克服纺织厂精梳车间和相邻并粗车间采用实物隔断,影响车间环境及半成品运输的情况,提出采用低速厚气流空气幕对工序之间进行分割,实现车间不同区域的温湿度分区调节。通过数值模拟和经验公式计算分析,检验低速厚气流空气幕带对精梳和并粗车间相对湿度横向分隔效果。结果表明:当空气幕带喷口宽度0.04m、喷口列宽为0.3m、喷口速度为5m/s时,对两车间温湿度的分割效果较佳。认为:采用低速厚气流空气幕带分割,并合理配置空气幕带有关参数,能够代替隔断实现车间或区域之间相对湿度分别控制,且能获得满足工艺要求的控制效果。In order to avoid the use of partition between combing workshop and adjacent drawing &roving workshop which was affected workshop environment and semi-finished product transportation, low-speed thick airflow air curtain was adopted to separate the different process. Temperature & humidity zone division control at different area of workshop was realized. Horizontal division effect of low-speed thick airflow air curtain on the rel- ative humidity of combing and drawing & roving workshop was tested by numerical simulation and empirical for- mula calculation & analyses. The results show that division effect of temperature & humidity between two work- shops is better when nozzle width of air curtain is 0.04 m, nozzle column width is 0. 3 m and nozzle speed is 5 m/s. It is considered that using low-speed airflow air curtain to divide different workshop and optimizing the relevant parameter of air curtain, the partition can be replace with air curtain to realize the relative humidity re- spectively control between workshops or areas. It can obtain the control effect meeting technology requirement.
