摘  要:为了消除羽毛角蛋白在使用中易产生的臭味,提高粘胶纤维的服用性能和附加值,利用碱水解法从羽毛中提取角蛋白,经乙醇抽提,将角蛋白与粘胶原液共混,通过湿法纺丝制备角蛋白粘胶共混长丝,表征了共混长丝的强伸性能和结晶性能,并观察了纤维形貌。结果表明:羽毛角蛋白粘胶共混长丝表面能观察到明显的鳞片状角蛋白,共混长丝结晶度降低,干断裂强度下降5%~8%,干断裂伸长率下降4%~10%;角蛋白在85℃用乙醇抽提后,难闻的气味消失了,其共混长丝的结晶度和强伸性能也高于未抽提的角蛋白共混长丝。In order to eliminate the bad smell of feather keratin and increase wearability and added value of viscose fiber,keratin was extracted from feather through alkali hydrolysis method. After distilling by ethanol, ker- atin was blended with viscose dope. Keratin viscose blended filament was prepared by wet spinning process. Strength & elongation and crystallization property of the blended filament were characterized and fiber appearance was observed. The results show that squamaceous keratin is obviously observed on the appearance of feather kera- tin viscose blended filament. Crystallinity of the blended filament is decreased. Dry breaking tenacity and dry breaking elongation are reduced 5 %-8% and 4 %- 10 % respectively. The bad smell of feather keratin is disap- peared after distilling by ethanol at 85 ℃. Crystallization property and Strength & elongation of the blended fila- ment are better than that unpurified.
