摘 要:探讨6种单向导湿织物的设计原则和性能。对纱线进行了前处理和拒水处理;以莱赛尔为原料,介绍了6种织物的规格;对各织物的润湿时间、水分吸收速率、最大润湿半径、扩散速率和接触角等进行了测试和分析。结果表明:通过纱线及织物组织结构的配合,可使织物两侧具有不同的亲、疏水性。认为:设计开发的织物不仅具有优良的服用性能,同时具有单向导湿功能。Design principle and property of six kinds of single-side moisture transportation woven fabric were discussed. Pretreatment and waterproof processing on the yarn,lyocell was taken as raw material and six kinds of fabric specification were introduced. Wetting time, moisture absorption rate, maximum wetting radius, diffusion rate and contact angle of every fabric were tested and analyzed. The results show that two sides of fabric have dif- ferent hydrophilia and hydrophobicity by cooperating with yarn and fabric structure, It is considered that designed and developed fabric has better wearability and single-side moislure transportation property.
