摘 要:总结二上一下防撕裂织物的生产要点。以JC 14.6tex×2股线和T 16.7tex×2长丝股线为经纬纱;针对两种经纱的不同特性,调整了相关工艺;在织造过程中,由于长丝纬纱表面光滑,回弹性小,容易在织物反面形成气圈形纬缩。通过改善了布边和废边对长丝的握持力,调整剑头的动程和调整合适的纬纱张力等技术措施,最终保证了织机效率由最初的65%提高到了87%,下机一等品率也由45%提高到了81%。认为:针对长丝纬纱特点调整相关工艺是保证这类织物生产顺利和产品质量的关键。The production key points for two up one down tear-resistant fabric were summarized. JC 14.6 tex ×2 ply and T 16.7 tex×2 filament ply were selected as warp and weft. Aimed at the different property of two warps, related technology was adjusted. During weaving process, ballooning weft shrinkage was easily formed on back side of fabric because the surface of filament weft was smoother and the elastic resilience was smaller. The loom efficiency was increased from 65% to 87% and the first grade percentage before cloth repairing was in- creased from 45 % to 81 %through the technology measures like improving the gripping force of filament for fab- ric edge and scrap edge,adjusting the movement of rapier head,adjusting to suitable weft tension and so on. It is considered that the related technology to adjust filament weft based on its properties is the key to ensure smooth production and product quality of this type of fabric.
