摘　　要：探讨梳棉机活动盖板双区分梳改造的实践。结合技术改造实践,介绍了梳棉机活动盖板双区分梳技术改造的要点、基本步骤、工艺配置、使用注意事项及存在问题。实践证明:梳棉机活动盖板由单区变为双区分梳后,可大幅减少棉结杂质,提高成纱质量水平。认为:梳棉机活动盖板双分梳区改造能够有效解决诸如机采棉等高含杂原料的纺纱问题,改造成本低,值得在纺织企业中推广使用。The practice on modifying removable flat double zone carding for carding machine were discussed. Combining technology modification practice, the key points, basic steps, process configuration, precations during usage and existing problems to modify removable flat double zone carding of carding machine were introduced. The practice shows that impurity and neps could be greatly reduced and the yarn quality level could be improved by changing the removable flat of carding machine from single zone carding to double zone carding. It is considered that the modification of removable flat double zone carding for carding machine can efficiently solve the yarn spin- ning problems of higher impurity raw material like machine-picked cotton. The modification cost is lower, it is worthy to promote in textile enterprises.
