摘 要:为了适应油田低成本开发的需要,采用有限元分析和室内试验相结合的方法,研究了流体流动自动控制阀智能控水技术的控水机理,绘制了油、气、水的压差-流量曲线。室内研究表明,流体流动自动控制阀智能控水技术可有效降低油田开发成本,但也有一定的局限性。该技术在中原、新疆等油田进行了现场应用,根据应用前后的数据分析发现,该工艺不但具有降水、增油的效果,还可以增加周围井组的产油量。流体流动自动控制阀智能控水技术的成功应用,为油田经济有效开发提供了一种新的技术手段。In order for low-cost development of oilfields,the water control mechanism of AICD was studied by means of finite element analysis and indoor experiment. The pressure differential-flow curves of oil,gas and water were plotted. Indoor research showed that AICD technology could effectively reduce the cost of oilfield development,but there were some limitations.The technology has been successfully applied in Zhongyuan Oilfield and Xinjiang Oilfield. The analysis of the data before and after the application,the technology not only has the effect of reducing water content and increasing oil production proves it not only reduces water production and increase oil produced out of that well,but also increase the oil production in surrounding well group. The successful application of AICD technology provides a new technical means for the economic and effective development of oilfields.
