摘  要:柱塞举升排水采气是出水气井常用的一种间歇式排水采气方式,井底生产流压随柱塞的不同运行状态而改变。因此,地层产气量在一个柱塞排水采气周期内也是变化的,导致准确计算、预测与优化设计难。基于柱塞举升排水采气套压变化规律特点,推导出周期内平均流压计算与柱塞排水采气措施产量预测方法,并在塔里木柯克亚气田选择了4口井进行柱塞举升排水采气措施产量预测验证,实际产气量与该方法预测产气量总体误差均在9%以内,表明文中所提供的产量预测方法可行,从而为柱塞排水采气措施选井及优化设计提供了产量预测依据。Plunger lift is an intermittent water drainage and gas production method. The bottom-hole flowing pressure changes with the running condition of the plunger. Therefore,the gas production rate always changes in an operation cycle,it is hard to accurately calculate or predict the rate and do the optimization design. Based on the variation of casing pressure during plunger lift water drainage and oil production,average bottom-hole flowing pressure calculation and gas production rate prediction for the plunger lift operation cycle were derived out. It has been used to predict the rates out of 4 wells at Kekeya gas field,Tarim to verify the method. The results showed an error of less than± 9%. So this production forecast method provided by this paper is proved feasible and accurate,it provides a theory evidence for plunger lift well candidate selection and optimization design for gas wells.
