摘  要:针对火电机组碳捕集系统中CO_2再生的高能耗问题,首先通过理论分析确定了碳捕集机组再生热源可行的抽汽方式,并以我国现役的600 MW火电机组作为碳捕集系统研究的基准机组,根据醇胺法碳捕集系统再生模块的能耗需求分析可行的抽汽点。拟定了7种抽汽方案,并对这7种抽汽方案进行了建模分析,确定了最佳抽汽方案为从中压缸末级抽汽抽取部分蒸汽为再生系统提供热源,此时的碳捕集机组发电效率最高,机组热耗最低,分别为34.91%和10 305.22 kJ/kW·h,与基准机组在同工况下的运行参数相比,碳捕集机组的发电效率降低了7.65%,机组热耗增加了1 851.44 kJ/kW·h。通过对碳捕集机组最佳抽汽方案的变工况分析,碳捕集机组在运行工况为燃料热量输入85%时发电效率达到最高,机组热耗最低,分别为35.28%和10257 kJ/kW·h。In order to deal with the high energy consumption in carbon capture system with a coal-fired unit in China,this paper firstly identifies feasible extraction schemes of carbon capture unit. And then taking the 600 MW coal-fired units as the referential unit,it analyzes the feasibility of the extraction point in accordance with the renewable energy consumption's demand in carbon capture system by using monoethanolamine. Then,seven extraction schemes are proposed,and modeling analysis is carried out on the schemes. The best extraction scheme is to extract part of the steam from the end of the steam turbine of medium pressure cylinder so as to provide heat for the regeneration system. At the same time,the carbon capture unit has the highest electrical efficiency and the lowest heat consumption which are 34. 91% and 10305. 22 kJ/kW·h respectively. By comparing with the operating parameters of the reference unit under the same operating conditions,the electrical efficiency of the carbon capture unit is reduced by 7. 65% and the heat consumption increased by 1851. 44 kJ/kW·h. From the analysis of the optimal extraction scheme of carbon capture unit in different conditions,it can be concluded that when the operating condition is in 85% of fuel heat input,the carbon capture unit has the highest electrical efficiency and the lowest heat consumption which are 35. 28% and 10257 kJ/kW·h respectively.
