摘　　要：将费孝通的"文化自觉"作为理论前提,以华人为例,分析个体在异域文化中的文化本位自觉情况。从个体文化本位实质入手,推理出文化本位的不稳定性,进而呈现个体文化本位自觉缺失的可能,结合现代语境,阐述重建个体文化本位自觉的重要性,并提出可行性建议。Taking Fei Xiaotong＇s ＂cultural consciousness＂ as the theoretical premise, taking the Chinese as an example, the author analyzes the cultural consciousness of the individual in the foreign culture. Starting from the essence of individual culture, the author deduces the instability of the cultural standard, and then shows the possibility of the lack of the individual culture standard consciousness. Combining with the modern context, the author describes the reconstruction of individual culture and be conscious of the importance of standard, and then puts forward some feasible suggestions.
