摘　　要：从多个方面探索瞬时载荷在冲模生产制造过程中对生产安全等因素的影响,从而提出了在设计冲压模具中如何去正确避免瞬时载荷对模具生产不利影响,又如何去正确利用瞬时载荷为模具生产服务,为模具设计者总结出一条更优的设计思路与方法,为冲压模具安全生产提供有力保障。This paper explores the influence of instantaneous load on factors such as production safety in the process of manufacturing. It also puts forward how to avoid the adverse effect of instantaneous load on mold production in designing stamping die, and how to make use of instantaneous Load for the mold production services for mold designers summed up a better design ideas and methods for the production of stamping die to provide a strong guarantee.
