摘　　要：在分析传统模具止水栓的基础上,研究设计了一种安装简便,拆卸快捷,堵水可靠的新型模具止水栓。该止水栓在注射模中的应用,提高了注射模的生产和维修效率,降低了模具装配工人的劳动强度,具有良好的应用前景。On the basis of analysising the traditional mold water-stop plug, we design a new mold water-stop plug, which is easy to install, quick to disassemble and reliable in water plugging. The new water-stop plug is used in the injection mold helt to improve the production efficiency and reduce maintenance time. It lightens the intensity of labour and will be used more and more widely in injection molding.
