摘  要:风电接入容量的确定受多方面因素影响,主要是保证系统频率和维持运行稳定性等方面的限制。在风电场的初期规划论证阶段,需要针对接入电网的的实际运行条件,进行差异性的系统计算分析。风电穿透功率(wind power penetration,WPP)通常被用来表征在满足运行约束条件下,系统可以承担的风电容量在总负荷中的占比。结合当前限制风电接入系统的多方面因素,文中介绍了风电场最大接入容量的分析方法及其适用范围。The determination of the capacity of wind power is affected by many factors,mainly to ensure the system frequency and maintain the stability of operation.In the initial stage of wind farm planning and demonstration,it is necessary to carry out differential system analysis and calculation for the actual operating conditions of the grid.WPP(wind,power,penetration)is usually used to characterize the proportion of wind power capacity in the total load that can be assumed by the system under the condition of operating constraints.Combined with many factors that limit the wind power access system,this paper introduces the analysis method and the applicable scope of the maximum access capacity of wind farm.
