摘　　要：数据中心机房的出现,使机房散热和能耗问题更加突出。文中提出了改变制冷方式以解决高热密度和高能耗问题;对比了几种制冷的方式,探讨氟泵热管背板系统的组成方式和应用效果,明确了氟泵热管背板在数据中心机架中应用的可行性。The emergence of data center computer room made the heat dissipation and energy consumption of computer room more prominent.In this paper,a method is proposed to solve the problem of high heat density and high energy consumption by changing the cooling mode.The way of several refrigeration is compared,the composition and application of the fluorine pump heat pipe backplane system is discussed,the feasibility of the application of the fluorine pump heat pipe backplane in the data center rack is clarified.
