摘　　要：对GSM网络基于智能关断的DPS技术进行了研究,结合柳州分公司的网络架构进行了优化,并对节能方案实施之后取得的效果进行了分析,在保证网络安全、性能稳定及不影响用户使用感知的同时,达到节能减排的目的,实现降本增效。This paper mainly to GSM network based on intelligent shutdown of the DPS technology research analysis, combined with Liuzhou branch network architecture to optimize the implementation of the program, and the implementation of energy-saving scheme after obtaining the effect for analysis and presentation, in ensuring network security, stability and does not affect the user＇s perception and, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency.
