摘　　要：随着红外焦平面探测器的广泛应用,全面有效的测试读出电路成像效果变得十分重要。本文以某款探测器成像问题为例,介绍了通过点源成像测试分析读出电路的方法。从读出电路通道、主时钟频率、目标信号强度等方面介绍了读出电路的点源测试的原理和具体分析方法。Now infrared focal plane array applied in many area. It appears some new image problems in practical application. In this paper, we use dot source imaging to analyse ROIC problem. we formulate special plan to test ROIC. From the test data, we find the rule of the problem and get the corresponding solution.
