中西医结合治疗双踝骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗双踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月至2017年1月我院收治的双踝关节骨折患者72例,随机分为观察组(切开复位内固定+早期功能锻炼+中药内服和中药熏洗,36例)和对照组(切开复位内固定+早期功能锻炼,36例),比较两组的疗效及术后并发症。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.22%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肿胀、疼痛、关节功能障碍、骨折愈合延迟发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗双踝骨折可降低患者的术后并发症发生率,提高患者临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bilateral ankle fractures. Methods 72 cases of patients with bilateral ankle fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 36 cases in each group. All patients were given open reduction and internal fixation combined with early functional exercise; in addition, patients in the observation group received oral administration of Chinese medicine and herbal fumigation. The curative effects and postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.22%, significantly higher than 77.78% of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of swelling, pain, joint dysfunction and delayed fracture healing of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and westem medicine in the treatment of bilateral ankle fractures can reduce the incidences of postoperative complications, and improve the clinical curative effect.
