穴位埋线治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究穴位埋线治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法选择120例肥胖2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,均给予糖尿病基础治疗及饮食运动指导,其中治疗组加用穴位埋线治疗。结果疗程结束3个月时,治疗组的BMI、腰围、臀围显著小于对照组,FBG、收缩压、TC、TG及LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线能降低肥胖2型糖尿病患者的体重,减小其腰围、臀围,并可有效改善患者的血糖、血压控制及血浆脂质代谢。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of obesity patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 cases of obesity patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group equally. Both groups received basic diabetes therapy, diet and exercise guidance; in addition, the treatment group received acupoint catgut embedding. Results At 3 months after the end of treatment course, BMI of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the waist circumference and hip circumference were significantly smaller than those of the control group, and the levels of FBG, systolic blood pressure, TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Acupoint catgut embedding can lower body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference of obesity patients complicated with type 2 diabetes meUitus, and effectively improve patients＇ blood glucose, blood pressure control and plasma lipid metabolism.
