切口保护套联合弯盘在剖宫产手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨切口保护套联合弯盘在剖宫产手术中应用的有效性及安全性。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月于我院行剖宫产手术的120例产妇,随机分为研究组(术中使用一次性切口保护套联合弯盘)和对照组(应用无菌纱布垫联合弯盘对切口进行保护)。结果研究组的术中出血量、切口周围布单浸润面积均显著少于对照组,手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论切口保护套联合弯盘应用于剖宫产手术具有良好的有效性和安全性。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of lap-protector combined with bending plate applied in cesarean section operation. Methods 120 cases ofpuerperae with cesarean section in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received sterile gauze pad combined with bending plate to protect the incision, while the study group received disposable lap-protector combined with bending plate during operation. Results The intraoperative blood loss of study group was significantly less than that of control group, the area of soaked medical sheet around incision was significantly fewer than that of control group, and the operation time was significantly shorter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the length of hospital stay （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Lap-protector combined with bending plate applied in cesarean section operation has good efficacy and safety.
