摘 要:智能制造作为"中国制造2025"的主攻方向,国内外将目光再次聚焦于中国制造业。文章构建了智能制造能力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法提炼出影响智能制造能力的主要因素,投入因子对智能制造能力有较大贡献,其次是信息化发展因子和创新因子;选取影响智能制造能力主要成分与制造业竞争力共同构建Var模型,根据广义脉冲函数和预测方差分解分析了主要成分对制造业竞争力的动态影响和贡献程度。实证结果表明,企业的绩效水平对制造业竞争力具有较大拉动作用,装备制造业投入强度、科研人员和科研经费投入短期内对制造业竞争力影响不大,并需要较长的时间周期才能发挥作用。As the main direction of "Made in China 2025", the intelligent manufacturing attracts the domestic and international attention on Chinese manufacturing industry once again. Firstly, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of intelligent manufacturing capability, and uses the factor analysis method to estimate the influence of each index on the intelligent manufacturing capability, the results show that input factors contribute to intelligent manufacturing capacity, followed by information development factor and innovation factor. Then, the main indexes of intelligent manufacturing capability are selected together with the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry to build the Var model. Based on the generalized impulse function and the predictive variance decomposition, the main indexes of the intelligent manufacturing capability on the manufacturing competitiveness are analyzed. Empirical results show that the performance of enterprises has a greater role in boosting the competitiveness of manufacturing industry, but equipment manufacturing investment intensity, researchers and research funding have a low impact on the competitiveness of manufacturing in short - term.
