摘 要:为了进一步提高定向聚能爆破的效果,利用数值仿真软件LS-DYNA3D,采用ALE方法设计了单锥和双锥药型罩相结合的两种不同的串联药型罩结构,对两种聚能射流的形成及侵彻作用过程进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明:两种结构均能很好的形成射流,能够有效提高射流对目标的侵彻深度,且以双锥罩为前级的装药结构形成的射流比以单锥罩装药结构形成射流的速度要高,前者的穿孔孔径较后者要大。In order to further improve the effect of directional gather blasting, two kinds of tandem-type hood structures with single cone-shaped and double cone-shaped hood were designed by using the numerical simulation software LS-DYNA3 D. The formation of jet and the process of penetration are numerically simulated. The results show that all the two structures can form a jet well and can effectively improve the penetration depth of the jet to the target, and the jet structure formed by the double cone-shaped hood has a higher jet speed than that the jet structure formed by the single cone-shaped hood has, the perforation aperture of former is large than that of latter.
