摘　　要：离体雌核发育诱导单倍体是植物单倍体育种的重要手段之一,笔者对葫芦科植物离体雌核发育影响因素的最新研究进展进行了综述,主要包括基因型、取样时期和取样部位、培养基、预处理、栽培季节等对葫芦科蔬菜离体雌核发育的影响,并对离体雌核发育存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,以期为葫芦科蔬菜离体雌核发育研究工作的开展提供参考。In vitro gynogenesis is one of the most important approaches of haploid breeding. This review provides the latest research progress on in vitro gynogenesis of Cucurbitaceae plants, and makes a discussion and summary of the affecting factors, including genetic, the development stage and part of explant, medimn and pre-treatment on embryoid induction, planting season and so on. It also points out the problems in this field and more efforts should be made for further development, and thus provide reference for its vitro gynogenesis in Cucurbitaceae.
