摘  要:在粉末冶金工艺中粉末压制成形是其最关键的工序之一。本文分析了普通模压法的粉末压制方程的理论依据、主要特点以及适用范围,并用方程定量描述了压制理论中压坯密度与各种工艺参数之间的关系。描述了温压工艺、流动温压工艺、高速压制工艺等粉末成形工艺的原理、特点和应用情况。Powder pressing forming is one of the most important processes in powder metallurgy process. The theoretical basis, main characteristics and application scope of the powder compaction equation of the common die pressing were analyzed. The relationship between the pressed compact density and various process parameters in the pressing theory was quantitatively described by the equation. The principle, characteristics and application of powder forming technology, such as warm compaction process, flow warm compaction process, high-speed pressing technology and so on were described.
