摘  要:为了改善钎杆用22Cr Ni3Mo钢的耐磨性能,提高其使用寿命,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、单轴拉伸试验、磨损试验等方法研究了终轧温度及轧后冷却方式对其耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,采用轧后空冷工艺时,随终轧温度的降低,试样耐磨性能与硬度规律保持一致,呈逐渐升高趋势;采用轧后空冷-炉冷工艺时,随终轧温度的降低,试样耐磨性能与块状残余奥氏体含量规律相反,呈先降低后增加的趋势;轧后直接空冷工艺比轧后空冷-炉冷工艺获得的钎杆用钢耐磨性能更佳。In order to improve the wear resistance and increase the service life of the 22CrNi3Mo steel for drill rod, the effects of finish rolling temperature and cooling method after rolling on wear resistance of the steel were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, uniaxial tension test and wear test. The results show that, when using air cooling after rolling, with the decrease of final rolling temperature, the wear resistance and hardness of the samples are consistent, showing a rising trend; when using the air cooling-furnace cooling process, with the decrease of final rolling temperature, the law of wear resistance of the samples is contrary to that of the retained austenite contents, showing a trend of decreasing firstly and then increasing; for wear resistance of drill steel, the air cooling process is better than the process of air cooling-furnace cooling after rolling.
