摘　　要：通过化学成分优化以及热处理试验,掌握了LCB低温钢的熔炼及热处理工艺;对阀门铸件进行铸造工艺模拟,完成了该材料所有铸件的工艺攻关,并进行了生产。结果显示,铸件的化学成分、力学性能及各项性能检测指标全部满足技术要求。Through chemical composition optimization and heat treatment test, the smelting and heat treatment processes of the LCB low temperature steel were controlled. The casting processes of the valve castings were simulated and the key technology of the LCB castings was completed, and it was put into production： The results show that the chemical composition, mechanical properties and other properties of the castings satisfy with the technical requirements.
