摘 要:对管坯焊接前后的组织进行了观察,并进行了三道次的三辊冷轧,道次间进行了固溶处理。结果表明,焊接后的焊缝组织是柱状树枝晶组织;冷轧并固溶处理后,管材上的焊接位置已经难以分辨,原始的焊缝组织完全转变为均匀组织;经过三辊轧制后,焊接接头与母材的强度接近,塑性有了明显的提高,强度略高于母材。The microstructure of the tube blank before and after welding was observed. Three rolls cold rolling with three passes was carried out, and the solution treatment was carded out between the passes. The results show that the weld microstructure is columnar dendrite microstructure; after cold rolling and solid solution treatment, the welding position on the pipe has been difficult to distinguish, and the original weld microstructure is completely transformed into homogeneous microstructure; after three-roller rolling, the strength of the welded joint is close to that of the base metal, the plasticity is obviously improved, and the strength is slightly higher than that of the base metal.
