摘 要:运用Auto Form有限元软件对前罩内板的冲压过程进行了数值模拟,研究了应变硬化指数对前罩内板成形、减薄率分布、塑性变形量及主次应变的影响。研究表明,应变硬化指数对前罩内板拉延过程中坯料的应变分布影响较大,对减薄率、塑性变形量及主次应变的数值影响不大;由于塑性变形的均匀分布,导致前罩内板成形性的显著提高。The stamping process of the front cover inner plate was numerically simulated by using Autoform finite element software. The effects of strain hardening exponent on the forming of the front cover inner plate, the thinning rate distribution, the plastic deformation and the major and minor strain were studied. The results indicate that the strain hardening exponent has a greater influence on the strain distribution of the front cover inner plate during drawing, and it has little effect on the thinning rate, plastic deformation and the major and minor strain; the formability of the front cover inner plate is improved significantly due to the uniform distribution of plastic deformation.
