摘  要:为提高2024铝合金搅拌摩擦点焊(Friction stir spot welding,FSSW)接头的十字拉伸性能,对其进行T4热处理,并对比分析热处理前后两种接头的横截面形貌、显微组织和拉断载荷等。结果发现,热处理并未明显改变接头的横截面形貌;热处理后第二相粒子变得更加细小,数量增多,且分布更加弥散;十字拉伸试验结果表明,热处理后拉断载荷提高了39.2%,但接头断裂模式并未发生变化。In order to increase the cross tensile properties of 2024 aluminum alloy friction stir spot welding joint, the T4 post heat treatment of the joint was carded out. The cross sectional morphologies, microstructure and failure load of the joints before and after the heat treatment were studied and compared. The results show that the heat treatment does not significantly change the cross sectional morphologies of the joint. After heat treatment, the second phase particles become smaller, the number increases, and the distribution is more diffuse. The cross tensile test results show that the tensile failure load of the joint increases by 39.2%, but the fracture mode doesn't change.
