高校图书馆员科研能力提升创新策略研究

摘　　要：服务能力和科研能力是高校图书馆员的必备职业素养。但由于传统观念、外部环境和自身素质的影响,馆员的科研能力总体水平较低。提高馆员科研能力,需要学校、图书馆和馆员个人共同努力。学校应设立馆员准入制度,加大对图书馆资金及政策扶持。图书馆要注重营造科研氛围,由馆长挂帅,打造科研团队,建立合理的科研奖励和评价机制。馆员个人更应转变观念,强化科研意识,充分利用继续教育和业务培训,提升专业水平和科研素养。Service ability and scientific research ability are necessary professional qualities for university librarians. However, due to the influence of traditional ideas, external environment and their own qualities, librarians＇ scientific research ability is lower. It is necessary for the school, the library and the librarians to make joint efforts to improve the scientific research ability of librarians. Schools should set up a librarian admittance system and increase library funding and policy support. The library should pay attention to creating scientific research atmosphere, build scientific research team and set up reasonable scientific research reward and evaluation mechanism under the leadership of Library Director. Librarians themselves should change their ideas, strengthen their awareness of scientific research, make full use of continuing education and professional training to improve their professional level and scientific research accomplishment.
