摘 要:为了验证风沙二相流风洞数值模拟计算高速列车在风沙环境下数值模拟的正确性,并对数值模拟结果进行修正,进行了风沙二相流风洞可行性验证及风洞设计。本风洞设计主要通过数值模拟确定试验列车模型按1∶100缩小,风速为15m/s情况下风洞主要实验流道装置的最小尺寸。结果显示,试验段截面尺寸宽、高、长分别为300 mm×300 mm×600 mm时满足对高速列车缩小模型二相流风洞试验要求。仿真模拟数据与大气环境下数值计算工况相差微小,数据没有明显失真。说明该尺寸可以应用于风动实验装置的搭建,为风洞初期设计提供了一种设计依据。In order to verify the accuracy of numerical simulation of the wind tunnel of the high-speed train in the wind- sand environment, and further to correct the numerical simulation, a wind tunnel of the two-phase flow is designed to validate the correctness of the design results. The model of the test train is reduced by the proportion of 1 : 100, and wind speed is 15 m/s. The results show that when the wind tunnel test section is 300 mm × 300 mm × 500 mm, the test requirement can be satisfied. The theoretical data are similar to the numerical calculation in the atmospheric environment, and the data are not obviously distorted. The size can be used to build pneumatic experimental device. In this paper, a method for determining the size of the special wind tunnel by using the simulation software is established. It provides a basis for the design of wind tunnel.
