摘  要:高校教师分类考核已经是大势所趋,针对南京航空航天大学航空宇航学院实验室为典型代表的高校工科实验技术人员在实际工作中以有实验室教学、辅助科研、创新实践指导和设备维护等多样化任务为研究切入点,以人性化、可操作性为目标,提出了实验室技术人员按教学实验岗、科研实验岗、创新实践指导岗、综合服务岗的精细化分类;并以此设计了量化考核指标,以及此基础上探索评价指标与分类管理的耦合关系,建立反馈联动,形成动态管理模式,及时更新指标,制定符合新形势下高校工科实验室技术人员评价考核体系,为工科实验室技术人员绩效考核提供参考。The deeply comprehensive reform is an important opportunity to establish the scientific appraisal system for meeting with the requirements of modern human resources and the development of colleges and universities. It is a trend to classify and appraise respectively for the college staff. A technician typically has to teach, auxiliary research, supervise innovative practice, maintenance equipment and so on, if he/she works in a college or university. Based on human nature and operability, it is put forward that technicians should be classified as four kinds, i. e. , laboratory teaching, laboratory researching, innovative practice supervising and comprehensive service. And the appraisal methods are then designed according to the classification. Based on these, this paper discusses the appraisal methods and the couple relationship of classified management, and suggests to establish feedback interaction and dynamic management, renew the grades in time. This paper aims to establish the performance appraisal system for laboratory technicians under the new situation. The paper can be referred for the engineering laboratory technicians' performance appraisal.
