摘　　要：安全与环保是社会永恒的话题,高校化学实验室安全与环保问题一直也是人们关注的热点。在绿色化学思想的指导下,河北大学国家级化学实验教学示范中心重新构建了安全与环保的管理模式。安全管理主要从化学试剂、仪器设备、操作实验的人三要素着手,分别制定了详细的管理措施。环保管理主要从达标排放指标着手,采取实验室污染的防止与防治两种途径。依托课程特色,通过整合实验项目,最大程度地实现实验废弃物的再循环利用并创新治理方法,在实验室污染物处理方面取得了良好的效果,也提高了人才培养的质量。实践证明,重新构建的安全与环保管理运行模式可操作性强,使中心的安全和环保得到了较大程度地改善。Safety and environmental protection are the eternal focuses to be concerned by chemical laboratories in universities. Based on the idea of green chemistry, the management operation mode of chemical laboratory safety and environmental protection has been reconstructed by National Chemistry Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in I-Iebei University. Detailed measures for safety management are developed for chemical reagents, instruments and equipment, and the operation people, respectively. Two ways-the laboratory pollution prevention and control for environmental management are taken from the standard emission targets. Based on the course＇s characteristics, recycling methods of the waste product of one project being the reactant of another project are used among different laboratories. Pollution control methods are innovation. The results show that the laboratory safety is improved, some of the chemical wastes are recycled and the wastes volume is deduced greatly by the efficient management.
