摘 要:【目的】探讨广东省中山市五桂山四药门花(Loropetalum subcordatum)与栽培地植株的生态适应性,为该种的保护和迁地保护提供依据。【方法】应用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统其光合特性。【结果】无论是冬季还是夏季,天然林群落优势种四药门花、山油柑(Acronychia pedunculata)和铁榄(Sinosideroxylon wightianum)的光响应曲线趋势相似,但山油柑的光响应更快且强度更高。四药门花最大净光合效率和光饱和点与铁榄相似,为耐阴型植物,适应弱光环境。3个树种的光合速率和蒸腾速率日变化均呈单峰型,但冬季与夏季的峰值点出现时间不同,以山油柑的光合速率和蒸腾速率最高。与原生环境的种群比较,栽培地四药门花在冬季和夏季的光响应曲线特征较低,对光的利用幅度较小,反映了该种的光利用幅度变窄,生态竞争变弱。【结论】基于研究结果,提出了适当的人工辅助措施促进四药门花自然种群可持续发展的建议。[ Objective ] The present paper aimed to explore the ecological adaptability of Loropetalum subcordatum in the natural communityand cultivated plant in Zhongshan city, Guangdong, which could provide the basis for the protection of the species and migration. [ Method]Portable Li-6400 photosynthesis measuring system was used. [ Result] Whether it was in winter or summer, the light response curves of domi-nant species (Loropetalum subcordatum, Acronychia pedunculata and Sinosideroxylon wightianum) in natural forest community were similar,however, Acronychia pedunculata had a quicker and stronger response to light. The range of photosynthetic rates ofLoropetalum subcordatumwas similar to Sinosideroxylon wightianum, and both Loropetalum subcordatum and Sinosideroxylon wightianum were shade plants and adap-ted for weak light environments. Their photosynthetic rates and transpiration rates showed the single-peak pattern which performed at differenttimes, and Acronychya pedunculata had a high photosynthetic efficiency ( Pn ) and transpiration rate. Compared with the native population,Loropetalum subcordatum had the lower light response curves and utilization of light in winter and summer, which reflected that its light spec-trum range was narrower and became weak for the ecological competition. [ Conclusion] According to the result, some suggestions on artificialassisting measures were proposed to facilitate sustainable development of Loropetalum subcordatum.
