摘  要:【目的】本研究通过对4种典型商业配方营养液的筛选与优化研究,以期获得改良的辣椒漂浮育苗专用营养液配方。【方法】对日本园试、山崎、H.C.阿夫道宁以及复合肥的辣椒漂浮育苗效果进行了对比和筛选,并通过对筛选所得营养液的NO_3^--N和NH_4^+-N配比的调整,进行营养液优化研究。【结果】山崎在辣椒幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上和地下部分的生物积累量等壮苗指标上均优于其他几种配方的营养液。对山崎进一步优化研究结果表明,NO_3^--N和NH_4^+-N配比会对营养液pH和幼苗生物量造成影响,配比在100∶9左右有利于培育壮苗,研究范围内调整的NO_3^--N和NH_4^+-N配比并未能明显改善育苗效果。【结论】山崎为辣椒漂浮育苗最适宜的营养液。[ Objective ] Four typical commercial fertilizers had been selected and studied to obtain the best improved specific fertilizer for pep-per floating seedling. [ Method] Different nutrient solution such as Japanese gardening compounds, Yamasaki, H.C. Afdaling and specificcompound fertilizer for tobacco were studied in this study in order to find the best nutrient solution compound for pepper floating seedling byoptimizing the ratio of NO3- -N / NH4+ -N nitrogen of the screening nutrient solution. [ Result]The Yamasaki compound nutrient solution wasbetter than others in the healthy index, such as seedling height, stem diameter, weight of the above-ground part and under-ground part. Fur-ther study results of the ratio of N03- -N / NH4* -N nitrogen of the Yamasaki compound nutrient solution showed that the ratio might affect pHvalue of the solution and seedling biomass. The ratio around 100:9 was beneficial for cultivating high quality seedling, Furthermore, adjus-ting NO7 -N / NH4+ -N nitrogen ratio in the scale of this study did not show significant improvement for seedling growth. [ Conclusion] Theoptimum nutrient solution for pepper floating seedling was Yamasaki original compound nutrient solution.
