摘  要:【目的】筛选适合北方地区生长的耐寒绿叶阔叶树种。【方法】以火棘、桂花、广玉兰三种常绿阔叶植物为试验材料,比较了这三个树种引种于北方地区后的自然越冬表现及其抗寒性的差异。【结果】结果表明:自然降温过程中,这三种常绿阔叶植物的电导率、MDA含量和脯氨酸含量随着温度下降而升高,随着春季气温回升又降低;含水量和可溶性糖含量呈现出与气温变化部分相关性;可溶性糖含量只与气温降低有关,短期内的气温回升对它们作用微小;可溶性蛋白含量与温度变化无相关性。【结论】广玉兰和桂花抗寒性较强,火棘则最差,这与露天生长状态观察结果一致。[Methods and objective]In this paper, three evergreen broadleaf trees, including Pyracantha fortuneana, Osmanthus fragrans and Magnolia grandiflora, were selected as the experimental materials to investigate their overwintering perform- ances and cold resistance during the winter. [Results]The results showed that the electrical conductivity and the contents of MDA and proline increased with the temperature decreasing during the winter, and then decreased with the rising temperature during the spring. The contents of water and soluble sugar showed a partial correlation with temperature. The soluble sugar content was only related to the temperature decreasing, and the short-term enhancement of temperature had little effect. The soluble protein content had no relationship with temperature. Among these three trees, M. grandiflora and O. fragrans had strong cold resistance, while the cold resistance of P. fortuneana was the weakest. [Conclusion]The results were consistent with the growing states of these three evergreen broadleaf trees in the open air.
