摘 要:针对实时决策系统全局实时监控的需要 ,以全球定位系统 (GPS)相量测量技术为基础 ,构建了分散采集、集中控制的实时决策仿真系统硬件平台 ,提出了以实时测量系统中任意两台发电机的相对功角实现全局稳定控制的思想。各相量测量装置 (PMU)将各自量测的相量值通过高速通信网络传送到服务器上 ,从而得到全网范围的实测相对功角。通过动态模拟实验验证了系统的实时性能 ,表明在局域网下的数据采集传输分析周期小于 2 0 ms,考虑到实际通信网络和长距离传输的影响 ,可以认为总体时间周期能够控制在 3 0 ms~ 5 0 ms。In order to meet the demand of real-time global monitoring and control of the power system by the real-time control and analysis system, this paper builds the real-time control and analysis system's hardware platform with decentralized sampling and centralized control based on the technology of phase measurement with GPS. It presents the idea of real-time sampling of all the relative power angles of any two generators in the system to realize the global stability control. The system uses the phasor measurement unit (PMU) to get the phasor of each generator, and sends these phasors to the server through the high-speed communication network to get the relative power angles in the global electrical network. Validating the real-time capability of the system through the dynamic simulating experiment, which indicates that the time for data sampling, transmission and analysis in LAN is less than 20 ms, and the total time of calculation including calculating the influence of real network condition and long-distance transmission is about 30 ms~50 ms.
