摘 要:以印染废水为处理对象,在单因素试验的基础上,以COD和色度的去除率为评价指标,印染废水初始p H值、气水比及反应时间为考察因素,采用二阶中心组合设计方案,构建了响应曲面模型.通过分析模型3个独立变量以及变量间交互作用对色度和COD去除率的影响,结合西尔维斯特不等式寻找模型极值点,确定最佳工艺,以优化试验设计.以下为模型优化下的试验最佳工艺参数:p H值为2.7,气水比为14:1,反应时间为44 min.此时COD和色度的去除率分别达到70.19%和91.32%.最优参数下,COD和色度去除率预测值和实际值误差分别为3.49%和2.46%,所建立的响应面模型能较好地反映污染物降解过程中工艺参数间影响规律.Taking printing and dyeing wastewater as research object,a response surface model was constructed by central composite design method based on a series of single factor experiments. COD and chromaticity removal rate were chosen as evaluation index,and the effects of initial p H value,gas water ratio and reaction time were discussed. Analyzing 3 independent variables and the interaction effects on COD and chromaticity removal rate,the model extreme point was finally determined by combining J. J.Sylvester inequality. The best process factors were determined to optimize the experimental design parameters. The results show that under the optimal conditions with p H value of 2. 7,gas water ratio of14 ∶ 1 and reaction time of 44 min,COD and chromaticity removal rate can reach 70. 19% and 91. 32%,respectively. The errors of COD and chromaticity removal rate are respective 3. 49% and 2. 46%,which means that the proposed response surface model can well illuminate the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis pretreatment.
