摘　　要：全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化顺应了时代潮流,揭示了党建发展的规律,是新形势下党的建设的最新发展。全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化情况评估回答了时代命题的关切,并且构成一个紧密的评估体系,主要由全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化水平评估标准、评估方法、评估程序以及组织实施等构成,这些紧密相连的要素统一在全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化过程之中。The normalization,institutionalization and scientification of an all-round strict party governance conforms to the trend of the times,and reveals the law of the development of Party construction.It is the latest development of the Party construction under the new circumstances.The normalization,institutionalization and scientification of an all-round strict party governance answered the concerns of the contemporary times and constituted a close evaluation system.It is mainly made up of the assessment criteria,assessment methods,assessment procedures,organization and implementation and so on.These closely linked elements unified in the process of the normalization,institutionalization and scientification of an all-round strict party governance.
